What we provide
Reversal designs, builds, deploys, and operates technology: websites and web applications, hosting and infrastructure, identity and access, email and messaging integrations, domains and DNS when included in a project, business software, APIs, automation, payments rails where contracted, and related support for those systems.
We are a technology and operations partner. We are not your marketing agency of record, sales team, or guarantee of revenue unless a separate written agreement says otherwise in plain terms.
No outcome guarantees
Platforms and tools make scale possible. They do not create demand by themselves. Reversal does not promise, warrant, or guarantee:
- Leads, booked appointments, or qualified opportunities
- Sales, closed deals, or closing rates
- Revenue, profit, valuation, or growth targets
- Customer acquisition cost, retention, or lifetime value
- Search rankings, ad performance, or social reach
- Any specific business result from using our software or infrastructure
Past examples, demos, case notes, or peer results are illustrative only. Your market, offer, pricing, team, and execution drive outcomes.
Your role as owner or operator
You (or your appointed team) remain solely responsible for marketing, advertising, prospecting, follow-up, sales conversations, pricing, fulfillment, customer service, compliance in your industry, and day-to-day business operations. How you configure, staff, and use Reversal tools is under your control. Misuse, incomplete setup on your side, or delayed decisions can limit what the platform can do.
What the project build cost covers
The one-time project build (when you buy a build on Hosting or through an agreed proposal) pays for standing up the system for your business. Unless a written scope lists something different, a typical build covers:
- Design and build of the contracted system or site
- Core email integrations needed for that system (transactional or operational mail wiring)
- Domain and DNS work included in the scope (pointing, records, and related setup)
- Hosting environment preparation for that project
- Web files, app code, and deployment of the agreed deliverables
Build cost is for the agreed first delivery. It is not an unlimited pool of future features, redesigns, or unrelated products.
What hosting covers
Ongoing hosting keeps the delivered system online and supported. While hosting is active under your plan, it typically covers:
- Server and platform hosting for the contracted properties
- Reasonable support for the live system
- Additional builds and changes that fit normal stewardship of that system, as capacity allows
Hosting does not erase the need for a clear request, priority order, or a separate quote when work exceeds ordinary support. Details of your plan, renewals, and cancellations live on the hosting account and in any signed agreement.
Excessive builds and out-of-scope work
Reasonable iteration is part of building and hosting. Excessive builds, large new scopes, parallel products, major redesigns, or repeated rebuilds outside the original agreement cost extra. We will say so before that work starts, and bill or quote separately.
If volume, urgency, or complexity exceeds what hosting support can absorb, Reversal may pause non-critical requests until a paid build or change order is in place.
Agreements and conflicts
If a signed contract, order form, or intake agreement conflicts with this page, the signed document controls for that engagement. Marketplace listings, proposals, and checkout text may add product-specific terms. Also see Terms and Privacy.
